USD & the Lebanese Lira are accepted forms of currency in Lebanon.

Card payments are not accepted everywhere, so it is important to carry cash.

SIM Cards

You will need to have your passport with you when purchasing a SIM card.

Power Outlets

Lebanon has 3 associated plug types: type C, type D, and type G.

We recommend contacting your hotel/ air bnb host to confirm which outlet they use.

Recommended Clothing

September in Lebanon is warm, so we recommend mostly summer attire.

Evenings in the mountains can be cool, we suggest packing a light jacket and jeans.
